Compensation structure as you move up in your career

Curious to hear everyone's thoughts on how compensation structure changes as you scale up in your career. For example; when Carry/Profit share typically comes into play - historically i'd say that would come at VP or higher, but the market seems to be changing in recent years. 

My thoughts below, this is for an acquisitions focused role:

Analyst: Base Salary + Team Related Bonus

Sr. Analyst: Base Salary + Team Related Bonus

Associate: Base Salary + Team Related Bonus + Individual Production Bonus

Sr. Associate: Base Salary + Team Related Bonus + Individual Production Bonus

VP+: Base Salary + Team Related Bonus + Carry/Profit Share
