Heyya WSO - I recently started a CRE consulting business that I'm working on full-time. I've got a nice little group of clients but looking to expand by one or two - I.e. another 10 - 20 hrs per week.
I've got ~8 years of CRE experience and have worked on the debt and equity side both on the brokerage and principal side. I'm experienced in development, opportunistic, value-add and core deals. I've also worked on apartments, industrial, office, hotels, and land.
Skilled in Argus, waterfalls, capital structures, development models, deal underwriting, debt / equity analysis investment memos, reporting, etc.
