Idk much about them, but I applied to their analyst rotational program about a month ago and just got an email about a first round phone screening that'll be later this week

I know the equity group does mostly JV investments for value-add and development, seems to be mainly focused on multi and industrial. They have a pretty built out platform.

We have experience JV'ing with their equity platform. Sharp institutional group that surprisingly know a lot of the nitty gritty of CRE while remaining pretty polished. Seems like a great place to get exposure to institutional real estate without straying too far from the brick and mortar.

What does comp look like at these places?

They are a smart team
