Almost a year into my CRE Debt career as a Credit Analyst, having switched over from a completely unrelated career path.
Enjoying my time so far, and have binged in the WSO RE forum for the past month or so. Would like to thank you all for your contributions and insight, and look forward to more debt-related posts going forward, as they’re generally few and far between compared to the likes of REPE, IS, Brokerage etc.
