CRE Debt Funds LA

3rd year currently working for major bank (Jp/Wells) in their cre lending team in LA  and wanting to get exposure to deals often passed on by major banks (riskier) looking to learn more about CRE focused Debt Funds. More attracted to the debt side than the equity even though that's the common promise land. Who are the major players? besides the obvious (Apollo, Oaktree, Ares, etc).
