CRE Interview Help

Hi all,

I am graduating college soon with a major in finance and a minor in accounting and I am interviewing for a local CRE family office as an asset management analyst and I am trying to figure out the best way to prepare for this and what kind of technical questions may pop up. Obviously I may get the "walk me through a dcf of a commercial property" or "talk about the 3 approaches/methods to valuing a commercial property".

What kind of formulas and information should I know and prepare to be asked for?
