Im not going to lie, this tweet here helped me get a better grasp of potential career paths in CRE.
CRE Analyst on Linkedin has helpful explanations, Peter Linnemans textbook is helpful. Googling what terms are (what is "cap rate", what is "net operating income", getting an understanding of debt and how it's sized). Justin Kivel has a great Excel intro course with a modeling test at the end that would give a good basic overview.
