CRE Investment Template?
Looking for a base template for a commercial real estate/office investment pitch. I am trying to formulate a mock pitch for a fictional client and am having trouble finding an actual base template, or at least a consistent result for what one looks like, when I search for one.
Would this just be basic specs of the office space, buying figures, and projected figures, followed by a mission statement? Apologies for appearing naive.
Any help would be appreciated.
