CRE Lending vs Big 4 Real Estate Advisory

I am looking for some insight into the best place to start a commercial real estate career with the long term goal of getting into an REPE firm. I have offers from a Big 4 for their Transaction Real Estate Advisory role and a large commercial lender. Looking for insight into career opportunities/progression, compensation, hours, etc. Any advice helps. Thanks!
