Hello! Can anyone tell me what the comp is like for a loan officer at a major life co? They have AUM of $13 billion and do between 2-2.5 billion in annual production. I would coming in as a “junior” production guy covering a few markets. The idea would be that my market coverage would increase with experience. They are putting out core and bridge debt.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
