CRE Underwriter

Does anyone here know what the comp for a tenured CRE underwriter is? I know acquisitions and capital markets people can make a lot but don't see much on the subject of CRE underwriting salaries and comp at a top tier brokerage house.Starting I'd image 60-80k plus bonus but with 5-10 years exp how much are these UWs making?

I'm an underwriting associate at a debt fund in a big firm with about 5 years or RE experience. Located in NYC.

Current base is $135k & 40% bonus. Probably could have pushed for more, but I was pretty excited to get the offer.

While interviewing, other firms quoted they could hit $200k all in or more. Once place specifically said $125k + 75%.
