CRE Workout Group/Special Assets Group
I work at a large bank in the CRE group as a PM with the goal of becoming an RM. Currently there are no opportunities available in my area and given the cycle there wouldn’t be any business anyways.
A spot has opened up in the CRE special assets group and I’m thinking of doing a tour of duty doing the cycle. Has anyone else done this? Looking to get some insight on the day to day and what the work looks like. How does it look on the resume? And will hit help with my banking/CRE career?
