Nah, if I'm going to use an online broker database I would go with CoStar - Crexi is pretty outdated IMO.
had a demo with crexi recently in regard to their comp and transaction/debt intelligence. Tempted to subscribe since it is only $1,200 a year. Why spend 15k on co star over crexi? CoStar data cannot be 15x better
