CrossHarbor Capital - REPE/Debt Fund
Is anyone familiar with CrossHarbor Capital based out of Boston? Just had a recruiter reach out about a position within their debt fund and I see they had $5.5b AUM as of 2018.
If it’s a good shop, any idea what pay is like for an associate or senior associate?

Well regarded shop that has involvement in deals across the country. You can see from their website there is not much turnover and most partners have stayed on for 10+ years.
Hours are not great compared to competitors but pay is on the higher end for Boston associate level roles. Definitely worth your while pursuing and seeing where it goes!
Worked with them on a MF deal in Texas and their team was sharp and respectful. Seems like people stick around as a previous poster noted, which is a good sign. Culture seemed good. Not sure on pay.
Very sharp team. On debt side - they did a lot of unitranche lending in the past couple of years which I think worked out great for them. Ask about the ski resort / ranch deals in Montana if you get a chance to connect and chat, very cool stuff.
