Curious if anyone knows what the first year analyst comp/average hours are at Crow, and how it changes from senior analyst/associate?

That’s so annoying that’s like THE analyst position to be in Dallas (HQ) and it’s half of IB. Kids kill for that spot and can barely live there on the salary.
1. you don't know the bonus, 2. no state tax on top of low col
Kind of how it goes with “brand-name” firms. You take a discount when working for them.
