I’ll be honest I don’t really consider stream a real developer they are a fee driven business aka leasing comedians, not as pure of a true real estate developer
One of the most pretentious comments I have seen in my life... every developer under the sun relies on fees to keep the lights on during construction and every developer leases their developments...
Not the OP, but I think he's correct that Stream isn't really a developer in the same sense as a Hines or TCC. They are more of a construction manager to my understanding, rather than a merchant build developer.
