Dallas, Phoenix, and Orlando RE

Wondering what RE groups in these cities would be good to look in to. Looking to move to one of these cities after finishing my UG. I have a top 20 REPE internship lined up for this summer but I don’t know if I would want to continue there if I have to stay in the office I’m working at this summer. What are some good firms in any of these cities that I could recruit for and get a FT offer. Thinking of acquisitions, development or AM. Thanks

This is about as random set of sunbelt cities as I've seen posted, are you dead set on these (like family in each or something?). Or would you equally consider say... Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, Charlotte?

If you need names/lists, especially for smaller ones like Phoenix and Orlando (tbh, Dallas has TONS its a tier 1 city with many big name CRE HQs).. I would join ULI and NAIOP and search the member directories within those cities... you will have a list of firms very quickly!
