Debt Fund Analyst Comp NYC/LA

I've taken a look at the master compensation doc, but wanted to get a refreshed take on the current market comp for specifically debt fund analysts in tier one markets like NYC or LA.

Does anyone have any recent data points?  And does anyone know how bonus structure typically works within these types of shops?

1% management fee on the $5B, so first year analyst somewhere around $50M per year + $50,000 bonus. Look up Jon Gray blackstone salary for comparable comp, he's getting $98M and he's a 2nd year analyst.
