Out of curiosity, what are the challenges with the project that you need to seek out a debt fund for construction?
Looking for higher leverage to juice returns. It’s a super supply constrained market with high demand and we’ll have one of the only Class AA parks in the market over the next 18 months so we’re thinking we’ll be in and out in under 36 months.
On this chain, are you looking to up the total capital stack or are you looking for the debt fund to take all of the debt stack off the table? Those two scenarios will yield entirely different results and offers.
