Do not work there. Culture is horrible at the top. Mid level managers are hit or miss but the guys at the top are not pleasant people.

Not my experience working with the seniors on the debt side of the business.
They pay significantly below market compared to other large PE funds. Probably a 25-40% discount with more hours and stress per week.
