If you're looking in NYC, probably anywhere from $0 - $2 million...
But comps in Texas I've heard range from $150k - $200k, with bonuses from 25% - 50% (with some portion being either RSUs or carry comp). Carry does have potential to make that bonus percentage much higher depending on your organization and pipeline.
