I’m making 75k base in the South east with only internships before this so ya I would say you’re on the lower end but I’m sure the bonus makes up for it ?

How big is your shop? And hours? I only work 35-45 hrs a week most weeks. I get carry as well. Most of our deals are 4x em and 30+ IRRs exits.I’m making way more money then my last acq job as well.
