Development Associate/ Senior Development Associate Comp

I was wondering if anyone could provide info on what market comp for a Development Associate/Senior Development Associate is (breakdown of base + bonus)? I am located in a non-NYC HCOL location (LA, SF, DC, Bos). I have 5 YoE (4 in RE) and an MSRE. Currently a Senior Analyst making 100k base and 20-30% bonus at a smaller developer. I tried the search bar, but data seems a bit out of date or in a LCOL area. I was thinking base around $130k-140k and bonus around 30% from what I have seen around here. Would appreciate any insight; Thanks!

Curious to know if you are actually based on the east coast and what do you define as a small developer? Do you define "small" as a developer who has all their projects localized within the immediate area, or a developer who is small and builds 1-2 medium-sized to large projects? I could be wrong, but I think the pay is substantially different between the two coasts. I worked in SF previously and could not truly find a developer much willing to put out comp to someone who would be an "analyst" and have that level of experience. When I see what you've quoted in terms of comp, I can really only think of the institutional shops paying that much to an "analyst". I could see LA being a bit more competitive just because of USC's strong MRED presence and LA's overall attitude being slightly more pro-development.
