Development Interview Excel Test- Seniors Housing

Has anyone here had to do an Excel test for new development in seniors housing? I would assume it is pretty similar to multifamily development models, but I am having a hard time finding any models to reference before I take this thing next week. Any advice would be a huge help. Thanks.

Also, if anyone has extensive development modeling experience and wants to be a paid consultant on the matter, let me know.

Its pretty much the exact same although IME the lease up period for development deals is much, much slower. PM me if you want. I can prob help you out and would consult
