Development or REPE a chance?
Wondering with my background, 2 years in agency loan UW as an analyst and ~2 years appraisal as an associate if I would be able to exit to REPE or Development?

Build up ur skill set asap (modeling, waterfalls, succinct real estate writing) and network. Prob won’t get into a “top fund” but you can land at a good spot to learn. Prob associate 1 or analyst 3.
