Difference between MSREF and REPE
Hi all.
I just want to clarify the difference between MSREF and REPE. From what I read, MSREF provides lending and advisory services, on top of investing in real estate, which REPE's mainly invest and may develop real estate. Am I right to say so?

Your question doesn't make any sense. MSREF is Morgan Stanley's RE investment group, REPE is a type of fund.
