DivcoWest in 2025?

Just wanted to see what people think of DivcoWest these days, as I've just applied for their investment analyst role in SF. Is this a good place from which to eventually join MF REPE/what is their reputation in the industry?

New to WSO so sorry if this has been asked before already, but appreciate any insight.

Great rep and an ideal firm to be at in the long run as well with exposure to almost all asset classes, work will be more interesting than at a BX type as you’ll be more in the weeds and have a better understanding of real estate on the asset level. Having interviewed with the Boston team I got the impression that pay is solid as well.

Even if work would be more interesting then say, a BX, would it still be feasible to make a jump to one of these firms from Divco? Thanks for replying btw
