My firm is looking for a new construction consultant to facilitate draw reviews for our developments in NYC and Miami because our current provider has been pretty bad, with very long turn around times that is starting to affect the funding timeline from our LOC provider.
Does anyone have a firm(s) they would recommend that has been good in the past? Feel free to PM me, any help is much appreciated. Somewhat difficult to find new options online given the niche space, thanks.
