What are some ways your team looks at driving returns in various asset classes. I'm not talk about your standard lease-up, but really thinking out of the box value add strategies.
I am always curious to see how people think about adding value, other than just tenant attracting capex.
Would love to see if someone has worked in various food groups within RE and how the value add strategies have differed amongst.
