Is anyone outsourcing inspection period and closing tasks? Not talking about the initial modeling before signing a contract, I mean tightening a model for a committee call, reviewing inspection materials and seller deliveries, loan and closing documentation, etc.
Not much happening in our boutique firm now, but looking ahead to higher transaction volumes and if we staff or outsource for it since outsourcing is more common these days.
