Dwight Capital

Any thoughts on Dwight Capital? What is its reputation? What is all in analyst comp like in New York City?  What is the office environment like? Are people able to exit after working there a few years?

I've spoken to these guys a few times, NMHC etc. They seem to be doing alright but there is definitely a revolving door there and seems like promotions are just non existent. Feels like i have seen plenty of associates/analyst join for a year or two and then out the door.

Also there are some rough threads out there regarding past management you can look into lol.

Thanks. Was not aware of the revolving door. Was told elsewhere there was room for promotions. You think the departures are due to no advancement opportunities or other things like culture, workload?  Any idea where the analysts/associates exit to?
