Eastdil Application Process

Speaking from my job search, I haven't seen any job postings with Eastdil in junior level (through Wells Fargo's website).

Can anyone speak of their application process? Does Eastdil go to target school and do OCR's as well?

Can anybody speak to what the recruitment process would be like for a slightly more experienced (>1 yr of deal-level experience) but still analyst-level hire? Obviously it's pure networking to get your resume in front of someone but is this done is or are they one of those super-structured firms when it comes to recruitment?

What exactly does super-structured entail in your mind?

I saw it last night. It was an analyst role with their REIB group NOT equity/property sales.

To be quite honest they probably posted it for compliance reasons ("EOE") already damn well they're going to hire someone's son/daughter--either an existing senior level guy or a client.
