Thought I would let all you monkeys know I saw an add(first ever) for Eastdil recruiting. The position is for a Santa Monica, CA analyst and more can be found on the Wells Fargo Website or Indeed.
I thought I would share as I never have seen Eastdil advertise a job opening.
You always need to keyword search Eastdil. They don't have a independent career section outside of Wells Fargo's job portal, and their sporadic postings are generally never live for more than 48hrs.

I thought that when they post they already have the position filled but legalities force them to post the opening?
When I was hired at a competing firm they did this exact thing - gave me the offer and then created a job posting for me to formally apply. I wouldn't be surprised if that is why they are posted and taken down so quickly.
Also had this happen for me, some would even have me do this before a superday.
They do have candidates that are on the border of being signed, but since this is an online app and if it catches the WF recruiter's eye, they will still send your resume to the direct team hiring. I know of a person who landed an interview this way.

They have a posting on my Uni's job board, that is probably the only (realistic) way other than networking to get a job at this firm.
