Is megafund REPE an exit opp for a mid-level person on a regional IS team covering a specific property type? Or is the true banking experience necessary? I know anything is possible, but I’m looking to understand more of the rule than the exception. Any direct or strong anecdotal insight would be appreciated.

For MF REPE, Eastdil is the only brokerage where I’d say you might have the exit opp in your cards depending how good you are but I’d fs take a REGAL offer at a top bank if I got it
