Eastdil recruitment process

Any idea on the recruitment process for the U.S. 2025 analyst program. This is for graduates Dec 2024 or May 2025.

I just got an email for aptitude tests, I thought this process was already complete before holidays but could be mistaken.

What is next step after the video and aptitude tests usually?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, Eastdil's recruitment process typically involves multiple stages. For the U.S. analyst program, after completing the aptitude tests and video interviews, the next steps often include:

  1. Technical Interviews: These are likely to test your understanding of financial concepts, real estate knowledge, and problem-solving skills. For Eastdil, technical interviews can sometimes be conducted over the phone, and you may not need a computer for them, as noted in previous discussions.

  2. Behavioral Interviews: These are designed to assess your fit with the company culture and your ability to work in a team. Expect questions about your past experiences, motivations, and how you handle challenges.

  3. Superday or Final Round: This could involve multiple interviews with executives, analysts, and other team members. It may include case studies, modeling tests, or other practical exercises depending on the role.

If you thought the process was already complete before the holidays, it’s possible that Eastdil is conducting additional rounds or extending their timeline for certain candidates. Keep an eye on your email for further instructions and prepare thoroughly for the next stages. Good luck!

Same, 2026 M&A.

Might honestly email them on wed/thur if no reply. It'll mark like 3 weeks since the last few interviews

Yea. Replied to when he invited me for the Second round interviews. Just asked if there had been any updates in the process.

No idea if anyone is checking this thread anymore but someone on LinkedIn just posted their 2026 M&A internship offer acceptance for the SF office, so if you didn't get a superday, probably over.
