I tried to search this up on the forum but most info I've seen is on the REIB side for Eastdil. Does anyone have info on the hours, culture and comp for Eastdil in the equity sales/investment sales role? Is there a big difference in culture between west coast and east coast offices? Obviously a lot of it is team dependent. Overall it’s a very collaborative culture. Work is demanding but pay is reflective. If you buy in the culture is great, if not your life will be miserable. Get to work on the biggest and most relevant deals in CRE. Knowledge share is pretty amazing if you pay attention.

That’s an accurate average. Sometimes you work every weekend, sometimes you don’t log in for a weekend. Depends on the deal flow.
