Eastdil Training?
Does anyone know how Eastdil trains its incoming analysts? Curious to know how formalized the learning is in ramping up new hires to a level where they’re efficient

They used to send them to training in charlotte when Eastdil was owned by Wells Fargo. Not sure what they do now.
Believe they still go out to Santa Monica for a bit.

You go to Santa Monica w all the other incoming analysts and they yell at you until you can build out a full dcf from scratch in less than 20 mins. And if they catch you using your mouse they fire you on the spot and drop you off at Marcus and Millichap’s analyst training.
Yes. Friend of mine in London was an analyst at ES, until he was warmly invited to leave after his VP found out that the F1 key hadn't been removed from his keyboard. This guy is now at CBRE/JLL
