Employment Gap on Resume - Am I Cooked?
Has anyone else been interviewing for the last few months without any success? For background on myself I interned at a top REPE shop in NYC, then worked in asset management full time at a REIT, and then back to REPE as an associate and things didn’t work out. I’ve been interviewing since May and I’m not having much luck. I’ve been getting past the case study round and meeting the entire time including CEO’s/founders and I haven’t received 1 offer. It seems like companies are really hesitant to hire right now. Am I cooked now that I have a big gap on my resume?

Absolutely not cooked. This is part of the RE aging process.
