Entry Level Case Study
Have an interview coming up that is going to be a case study based off an OM with a Q&A. Does anyone have tips for prepping or some OMs they would be willing to share that they think would be relevant?

You can download some OM's from the big brokerages to prep. Assuming it's a case, and you'll be building from scratch, know how to pull the OM / T12 (if it's included) and apply the assumptions to them. From there make sure you can model out returns (i.e. cash on cash, IRR, equity multiple, debt yield and DSCR (if applicable) etc).
