Career Resources
You can download some OM's from the big brokerages to prep. Assuming it's a case, and you'll be building from scratch, know how to pull the OM / T12 (if it's included) and apply the assumptions to them. From there make sure you can model out returns (i.e. cash on cash, IRR, equity multiple, debt yield and DSCR (if applicable) etc).
