ESG Strategy?
Does anyone here have experience with putting together an ESG strategy in the context of fund raising and implementation in dev't/asset management?
I want to present to my Principals a decent ESG strategy for our fund raising and deal efforts.
I've been reading up on GRESB / BREEAM / etc. and looking at the big funds' ESG policies and reports. Feels like it's a lot to get my head around.
Small MF/mixed-use dev shop based in the EU.
Any advice, experience, resources is more than welcome! Thanks.
