Firm is going to start a Europe fund in the next year or two. One pension fund has already agreed to $150m, so target will likely be $300m. What are the economics that I should be negotiating for being an associate level person that will spearhead this fund along with a more senior level person? 200 bps of carry and a small stake in the Europe management company?
