Examples of Excel CRE Cash Flow Models

Are there any example Excel CRE cash flow models that anyone would be willing to share as examples?

I've been able to see some, but the ones I've seen are very watered down and not even as complicated as what you might build in a typical Argus file with moderately complex recoveries and no debt structures built in.

I've seen some on Youtube, but obviously those are anything but interactive, and they don't dive into the weeds of how they're built (from what I've seen! Maybe I'm wrong!?)

Any insight is much appreciated!

Thanks tbux and Relinquis.

These examples are nice, and that's even though I see some CRE models as part of my day job, (unfortunately they're always butchered when I look at them), I think it's helpful to see more and more examples.
