If it is just graphs then Excel is fairly limited in terms of data visualisation. There a ton of add-ins/plugins (some free, some not) that can help but they won't function if you are sending your sheets around but can be copied and pasted to powerpoint/word docs no problem. I've seen people create some super slick graphs with basic excel through creativity but I don't think there are any textbooks to teach that.

In terms of general excel formatting, you just need to find a style you like an copy it...it's more of an art than a science. What one person thinks is detailed and concise, another could think is clutter and confusing.

If anyone else has any info on making your excel sheets ooze sexual appeal, I'm all ears!
