Exit Opps out of Wells Fargo Lending Team
How common is it for an analyst within Wells balance sheet lending team (construction loans, senior loans, bridge loans) to jump to an owner/operator or REPE in NY after working 1-3 years?

possible, but not super common.
best bet would be to transition within Wells Fargo to their IB group or Eastdil
Eastdil is prob the top RE group around. However, from what I understand they look down on traditional lending RE groups in the company. Its not as easy to transfer as most think.
