In my experience shopping comps (just interfacing with their property managers), they are a reputable, but quirky firm.
Senor Finger is probably a billionaire, and they have a pretty unique model (for a company of their scale) of holding for forever. Rep is that they are definitely quirky but well respected. Not sure I'd want to work there, but I'd love his balance sheet.

Can you elaborate? Some of the glassdoor reviews are pretty scathing. The overall culture does not sound good, especially for real estate.
