First-year REPE analyst comp check (London)
fresh out of uni, just got my return offer. Boutique real estate PE shop in London — just outside the REPE top 100, but strong deal flow even through summer. ~£300M fund, actively fundraising, sat within the investment & acquisitions team.
Would appreciate any benchmarks on base/bonus I should realistically expect at this level. Thanks!
