Anyone familiar with this program? Seems to be a second you can put on your home to finance energy efficiency, improvements. Does anybody know what the interest rate would be on this (I can’t find any info)? Is it subsidized because it’s part of a green bond? Are there any programs out there that allow for subsidize rates for energy efficiency improvements?
