FT Recruitment Advice - Canadian REPE
currently recruiting for a FT analyst job in TO in real estate investments. I interned at a big pension this summer in REI but did not get return since they didnt have headcount. any advice on how to position not getting a return while recruiting for REPE / pensions?
there seem to be very little postings, and most jobs have 500+ applicants. senior people, will you be hiring analysts soon? is RE deal flow going to pick back up in 2026? do I just keep coffee chatting till something comes up?
