Full-Time RE Acquisitions Analyst Recruiting - Class of 2028

Currently have an acquisitions internship lined up for summer 2027 in nyc, but want to keep my options open for full-time recruiting once I graduate. Curious what’s actually available on the mega fund REPE side (Blackstone, Brookfield, Apollo, KKR, etc.) for full-time analysts - I know a lot of their full-time classes get filled almost entirely from the summer internship the year before, so I’m trying to figure out realistic odds there without an internship at one of them specifically.

Also aware some of the bigger shops barely run a true full-time analyst process since they’re so internship-pipeline heavy. For those of you in RE PE/acquisitions - which firms actually have solid full-time analyst recruiting (not just off-cycle or internship conversion)? Trying to build out a realistic target list. Any insight appreciated.

Yep in market like this Asset Mgmt can actually provide a ton of relevant experience. Don't think BX/APO is possible - they recruit the best of the best from Wharton after 2nd/3rd year.
