Georgetown Online Masters in Real Estate - any positive reviews?

Looking to apply for real estate specific master programs. I am in the Boston area and would still be working full time. Not much offered around Boston as far as real estate specific degrees(MIT MSRE is full time, unable to do that), so the Georgetown online masters is appealing but have seen nothing but negative reviews. Does anyone have any positive reviews from it?

I did it and it was very helpful for finding a job. Spoke about it at length in all my interviews. As far as learning real estate though the program is extremely basic. Much better off doing BIWS, REFM, etc if you want to learn but don’t care about the degree

I thought the Georgetown program is great. If you do it online, though, it is very self-driven - you get out what you put in. The final course you take in the program is a capstone project where you have a semester to do heavy research on a specific development/investment concept and put together a full business plan / marketing package for it. Some people really put a lot into that capstone and launch a company out of it (look up Hoya Capital) or get their dream job and some people phone it in and complain that the program didn't help them that much.
